my advice just ask her to kick it. ya know like dont be all lubby dubby just get to know her. if she's around you more she might like you more and instead of alright friends you'll be good friends. good things take time especially if your looking for a relationship those take forever and just try to signal her that you will really be a good boyfriend so she'll know what she's up for if she is up for it dont stress and thinkk about it to much just think of it as friends for now. doesnt mean it won't be in the future have fun if your not having fun cuz your stressing she is definitely not having fun. but put a lil effort cuz your pushin for a girlfriend
Well in my experience it is always important to avoid say ';what if'; this does not mean it will go well but if you never try you will never know. I say go for it brother dont be to pushy just tell her what you think and worst case senario she thinks you to honest and thats not really a bad thing.
hmm...that's a tough one. look for an event, that you think she might like?? it could be a new movie, a concert or just may be inviting to dinner or lunch at your home...it's not that hard!! c'mon you are friends with her, u should know what she likes.
walk up to her while holding a pie- a full apple pie. ask her out. if she says no, then smash the pie in her face.

well if you already know that she probably doesnt like you, then dont ask her out because you will just be setting yourself up for disappointment
well first find out if she likes you and if she says no just ask her if she would give you a chance.
