I'd just say to be really polite to her family. If you don't speak Korean and won't have a job when you arrive, it's going to be really difficult for you I'm afraid. I would say not to make any commitment about living in Korea until you check it out. Some people love it and others just can't take living here long-term. first, visit there . dont plan on ';living'; there yet. learn their language, their food, and job.
