I suggested her Parents ask her Dr . for Medication before to Clam Her

Tell your Mom %26amp; Dad how you are feeling, and let them help you. You are only 14, you need to let them know how you feel, even if it stresses them a little. And tell your doctor. Make sure you let all of them know how terrified you are.
i would tell her not to worry and to asked santa to give savanna a 1 on 1 on the couch, so he can teach her how to handle small things with just the right mouth action
Maybe she should see a therapist to help calm her nerves. Sometimes those drugs make you worse. My family is full of people who have been on and off of several different meds to calm them
maybe she should start drinking - it calms my nerves.
