GIRL ADVICE, So there is this girl that comes into my work almost everyday i work....?

and she seems like the nicest girl ever she isnt too flirty just the looks she gives me are like she is interested and she blushes a lot. I thought it would be only a one time deal but she keeps coming back and doing the same thing. I am definetly attracted to her but theres one thing, i dont know how old she is. It seems that she could be 2-3 years older, i am 18.

just start talking to her, give her compliments like how nice her hair looks or how beautiful her eyes are and if she seems interested after that then ask her out to coffee or a movie or just lunch.

When a girl likes a guy and they keep going back to that guys job they certainly like the guy i mean she probably thinks that you are older but than when you think about it really age ain't nothing but a number so don't stress your self out over her age

WHY DONT YOU START BY ASKING HER ON A DATE, AND YOU CAN GET INTO DETAILS AND QUESTION ASKING THERE. SO WHAT THAT SHE'S OLDER, SHE DOESNT SEEM TO CARE, AND AGE IS JUST A NUMBER NOT A FACTOR.
I think it's not the time for you to have a steady girlfriend. you are still young. just make friend with her without any commitment.
She may not be older as girls tend to mature sooner than boys. Also why is the fact that she may be a couple yrs. older bothering you? If you are comfortable with the matter, then go for it.
Ask her out. Older just means more experienced and more fun. It can';t hurt just one date.
